Senior engineering management role leading a multidisciplinary software group developing complex, high-performance systems in a medical imaging / advanced systems environment. The position combines people management, architectural leadership, and delivery ownership.

Requirements:
BSc in Software Engineering / Computer Science or equivalent
10+ years of hands on software development experience
5+ years of engineering management experience
Strong background in software architecture and system level design
High technical credibility and ability to lead senior engineers
Fluent in English and Hebrew
Advantage
Experience in regulated medical device software; multi-disciplinary product development
Background in real time systems, high performance computing, or hardware related software
