Required Sales - Pre Sales Engineer - Africa
In this role, you will lead technical and commercial pre‑sales activities, own customer interactions, deliver impactful demos, and support RFx responses, POCs, and solution design. You will act as a trusted technical advisor, helping expand our installed base and win new opportunities.
What you will do:
Lead end‑to‑end customer engagements, from discovery through solution positioning to deal closure support
Run structured discovery sessions, identifying business needs, use cases, and decision criteria
Deliver and own customer‑facing presentations, demos, and workshops with clear, value‑driven messaging
Take ownership of RFx responses, POCs, and solution design, ensuring alignment with customer requirements
Partner closely with Sales to shape opportunities, identify risks, and contribute to winning strategies
Manage multiple opportunities in parallel, coordinating effectively with internal stakeholders
Build strong expertise in our solutions, architecture, and integrations, and apply it in customer contexts.
