Join a strategic role focused on enabling AI implementation, building best practices, and supporting technology teams across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead AI deployment methodologies, standards, and best practices
Guide development teams in designing and implementing AI solutions
Serve as the focal point for AI frameworks, architectures, and implementation approaches
Collaborate with AI experts, data teams, developers, architects, and technology stakeholders
Provide training, coaching, and enablement for teams delivering AI initiatives
Build and maintain AI playbooks, implementation guidelines, and reference architectures
Drive consistency, quality, and scalability across AI implementations

Requirements:
Experience in Software Development, data, Analytics, AI, or related technology domains
Hands-on experience with Python
Experience working with APIs, data Platforms, Cloud Technologies, or AI Tools
Strong understanding of AI, GenAI, LLMs, Automation, and Modern Architectures
Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and implementation plans
Experience working with cross-functional development and technology teams
Strong facilitation, training, stakeholder management, and communication skills
Fluent English

Advantages:
Experience with AI or GenAI implementation projects
Familiarity with Databricks
Experience with Azure and Microsoft AI Ecosystem
Background in a COE, Innovation, or Technology Enablement environment
Experience creating methodologies, standards, or training materials
