The Regional Controller is responsible for leading, reviewing and monitoring the accounting and financial activity of designated subsidiaries. *Please note, the internal title for this role is Controller.
Responsibilities:

* Guide the local accounting teams to meet timeline and accuracy, including review of the ongoing work.
* Monthly analytical review of the financial results as well as B/S, of the relevant subsidiaries and related intercompany balances.
* Month closing process.
* Verify compliance with corporate accounting procedures and policies
* Preparing and reviewing annual financial statements & periodic tax return and VAT filings of the relevant subsidiaries
* Ensuring detailed accounting documentation in supporting legal, regulatory, and audit
* Supporting the budgeting process and monitoring the actuals
* Signing bank orders (AP & payroll) according to the companys procedures
* Working with the external auditors.
