Job Description:
The role includes end-to-end management of the commercial P&L, profitability analysis by customers and channels, leading pricing processes, promotions and trade investments, as well as building forecasts and budgets.
The position also includes preparing management reports, presenting business insights to senior management, maintaining control over company inventory, implementing internal controls, and supporting profitability improvement processes.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or a related field – mandatory Master’s degree – an advantage 5–10 years of experience in commercial companies, FMCG, retail, or consumer goods companies – preference for FMCG / Retail / Consumer Products Strong understanding of finance areas: pricing, promotions, trade terms, and customer profitability processes Advanced Excel skills, including building financial models Experience working with ERP systems – SAP advantage Experience with BI tools – Power BI advantage
