Senior Product Analyst

We are in search of a detail-oriented and analytical Senior Product Analyst to join our growth team. You are a product thinker who uses data to advocate for our users. In this role, you will sit at the intersection of Product, Engineering, and Design, transforming raw behavioral data into a narrative that shapes our roadmap. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of dedicated experience in data analysis and a proven track record of turning data into actionable insights in a B2C SaaS environment.
What You'll Do:
Master the User Journey: Map complex B2C user journeys to identify friction points. Youll go beyond the "what" to uncover the "why" behind user behavior.
Build the Data Foundation: Design and maintain "reporting-grade" data models in dbt, ensuring our BI layer is the single source of truth for product health and business use.
Optimize Growth: Design, build, and monitor funnels and A/B tests at scale to optimize performance and conversion.
Influence the Roadmap: Analyze data to identify trends and insights that directly influence product decisions and business strategy.
Foster Independent Discovery: Build and scale intuitive data tools and self-service environments that encourage independent behavior among business users, reducing the need for constant manual support.
Consultative Partnership: Provide business expertise and guidance on how to leverage data analytics and reporting within the organization.
Ad-hoc & Statistical Analysis: Support the business with ad-hoc analytics and apply statistical techniques to discover new business opportunities.
