We are seeking a CRM Project Manager for salesforce -related projects. We are looking for a skilled CRM Project Manager to lead CRM projects and business initiatives end-to-end, from business requirement gathering and functional specification writing to implementation, development follow-up, and go-live. This role requires strong ownership, independence, business understanding, and the ability to drive tasks forward until completion.
A full-time position based in the Southern / Shfela area, Israel.

Lead CRM projects and tasks from initial business need to production
Gather and analyze business requirements
Write business requirements and functional specifications
Work closely with business stakeholders, implementation teams, developers, and other technical teams
Manage timelines, scope, priorities, risks, and delivery quality
Ensure full ownership and follow-up until successful go-live

Academic degree in Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or a related field - an advantage
Strong ability to understand business needs and translate them into clear requirements
Business understanding in service and/or sales processes
Independent, proactive, hands-on, and highly accountable personality
Strong communication skills and ability to work with multiple interfaces
2-3 years of experience managing projects or leading end-to-end business/technology tasks
Experience with CRM systems
Experience with salesforce - an advantage, not mandatory
