DevOps team lead

We are looking for an experienced DevOps team lead to lead and mentor a team of DevOps engineers while remaining hands-on with architecture, automation, and delivery processes. In this role, you will drive the adoption of DevOps best practices, design scalable CI/CD solutions, and support multiple projects throughout the software development lifecycle. You will work closely with development, integration, architecture, and security teams to improve delivery speed, reliability, and operational excellence
Responsibilities
* Lead, mentor, and develop a team of DevOps engineers while maintaining a hands-on technical role.
* Design, implement, and optimize end-to-end CI/CD pipelines and automation frameworks.
* Drive DevOps culture, methodologies, and best practices across projects and teams.
* Build and maintain scalable, reliable, and secure deployment processes.
* Support development and integration teams throughout release and deployment cycles.
* Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions and configuration management processes.
* Continuously improve system reliability, performance, and operational efficiency.
* Collaborate with engineering, security, and customer-facing teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
