Among our many innovative products is The PillCam™ system, an innovative solution that enables efficient visualization of the Gastrointestinal.Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:Plan, deploy, upgrade and maintain staging and production environmentsMonitor and plan capacity and scaling activities as the system expandsCollaborate with R&D and DevOps teams to investigate and troubleshoot cloud related issuesSchedule and direct activities to resolve cloud, and software problems in a timely and accurate fashionCollaborate with global Medtronic security teams to maintain strict security policiesResponsibility for Incident Management and ResponseOpportunity for building new and innovative automation of maintenance processesDrive a continuous improvement environmentFlexibility to respond during irregular working hours and weekends if requiredRequired Knowledge and Experience:Excellent written and oral communication skills in EnglishAn academic degreeBroad knowledge of AWS services- EKS, EC2, S3, IoT, RabbitMQ, WAF, IAMKnowledge of containerized applications and servicesBroad knowledge of Infrastructure As Code and CI/CD tools- Git, Terraform, Terragrunt, ArgoCDBroad knowledge of web applications and technologiesExperience with Linux and Windows Operating systemsFamiliar with monitoring tools- Dynatrace, Datadog, CloudWatchExperience with service monitoring, user experience recording and SLA and KPI measurement and analysisStrong follow-through and initiative to stay with issues until they are resolved, along with discipline and tenacity to meet deadlinesCloud security knowledgeData privacy knowledgePhysical Job RequirementsThe above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this position, but they are not an exhaustive list of all the required responsibilities and skills of this position.Benefits & CompensationMedtronic offers a competitive Salary and flexible Benefits PackageA commitment to our employees lives at the core of our values.
