Responsibilities:
* Develop new testing methods, plan experiments and analyze test results to enable new product development.
* Characterize the performance of lasers and various photonic devices over different conditions to ensure they meet target specs.
* Participate and assist in Failure analysis and yield improvement investigations.

Requirements:
Experience:
* 2–5 years of industry experience or relevant hands-on experience gained during advanced academic studies.
* Advantage: experience working in R&D environments within optics, photonics, or semiconductor companies. Required Skills:
* Strong understanding of optics and photonics principles.
* Experience in preparing and executing test plans, data analysis and DOE methodologies.
* Advantage: hands-on experience with laser and photonics testing at wafer, bar and chip levels.
* Programming experience in Python – an advantage.
* Good understanding of statistical analysis methods and tools. Education:
* B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Physics, Electrical Engineering, Photonics, Optics, Materials Engineering or a related scientific/engineering discipline.
Experience:
* 2–5 years of industry experience or relevant hands-on experience gained during advanced academic studies.
