Senior Product Designer

Were looking for a Senior Product / UX/UI Designer to join our product design team and take ownership over complex, data-driven product areas.
The role requires strong system and product thinking, with the ability to turn complex ideas, workflows, and large amounts of data into clear, intuitive, and visually appealing user experiences.
Youll work closely with Product managers and Engineers on real, day-to-day product challenges, designing tools that simplify complexity, support better decision-making, and play a direct role in shaping the future of construction.
Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end design processes: from problem definition to UX, UI, and handoff
Translate complex product logic and large amounts of data into clear, intuitive, and visually compelling product experiences that balance clarity, usability, and visual quality
Work closely with Product Managers and Engineers to define requirements and make design decisions
Take ownership over features and product areas, including design decisions, tradeoffs, iterations, and clearly communicating design rationale across all stakeholders
Design and deliver high-fidelity product solutions and prototypes using Figma and AI-powered tools
Use AI tools as part of the design workflow to support research, exploration, ideation, and execution.
