Full-Stack Team Lead

We're hiring a Full-Stack Team Lead for our product engineering group. Two things make this a good time to join:
First, we have a lot of new product to build. You'll work on interfaces over 360 walkthroughs, drone imagery, 2D plans, 3D models, and large data grids. Theres plenty of greenfield work on our roadmap alongside an established product.
Second, we're actively reshaping our engineering workflow around AI coding tools. We want this role to help lead that - not just adopt the tools, but shape how the team uses them, what we build with them, and what good looks like a year or two from now.
You'll lead a small full-stack team, own features end-to-end, and stay hands-on. You'll work closely with Product, Design, and other engineering teams. We're open to different backgrounds: a frontend lead growing into backend, a balanced full-stack engineer, or a backend lead with solid frontend skills. What matters is that you can lead, learn, and get things done.
What You'll Do
Lead and grow a small full-stack team.
Code across the stack: React and TypeScript on the frontend, Python, Django, and Postgres on the backend.
Own features end-to-end - UI, API, data models, background work.
Build interfaces over complex data: 360 walkthroughs, drone imagery, floor plans, 3D BIM models, large data grids.
Help shape how the engineering org uses AI coding agents day-to-day.
Work closely with Product, Design, and other engineering teams.
