We are a Lenovo company, we empower enterprises and service providers with cutting-edge Storage platforms that redefine performance, reliability, and cyber resilience at scale. We are looking for a talented and committed Bookkeeper to join our corporate finance team on a temporary basis.
Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with treasury on cash flow forecasting and planning.
* Bank reconciliations.
* Monitor, review and ensure timely payment to vendors.
* Manage the collection process.
* Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
* 5 years of experience as a Bookkeeper.
* Excellent English - written and verbal.
* Strong team player.
* Highly detail-oriented with strong analytical and professional skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize workload, and meet tight deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience with Netsuite - an advantage.
* Experience working with large ERP systems.
* Experience in a global work environment.
