Enterprise Development Specialist, Retail

As an Enterprise Development Specialist, Retail, you will play a key role in driving the growth and success of our companys Enterprise Supermarket business. You will take ownership of several enterprise supermarkets (typically 1-3, depending on size and complexity), viewing each business as an end-to-end ecosystem. This includes understanding its structure, identifying growth drivers, spotting challenges and opportunities, and leading its overall development. You will act as the main point of contact and account manager for the most impactful partners within your portfolio, balancing business growth with strong operational execution.
Day-to-day in this role, youll:
Own and lead the growth of assigned enterprise supermarkets, identifying opportunities, bottlenecks, and key levers for scale. You will be acting as their account manager and driving both growth and operational excellence.
Lead onboarding processes for new retail partners, from contract signing to go-live and full implementation of our companys tools and services.
Drive partner growth initiatives, including catalog optimization, assortment expansion, promotional planning, and commercial initiatives.
Ensure high operational quality across partners, including availability, preparation times, catalog management, store operations, and storefront visibility on the platform.
Provide day-to-day partner support by solving problems, improving processes, and ensuring an excellent overall partner experience.
Monitor performance metrics and work with partners to continuously improve business results.
