Design and develop robust, scalable, and high-performance backend systems
Build and maintain APIs and services to support client applications
Optimize application performance and resolve bottlenecks
Utilize Azure cloud services for deployment, monitoring, and infrastructure management
Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
Troubleshoot and resolve Production issues quickly and independently

Requirements:
Must-Have Requirements
At least five years of proven professional experience in backend development
At least 3 years of hands-on experience in Python - the primary programming language
Experience with Node.js and TypeScript
Strong proficiency in RESTful API design and implementation
Employment stability - not switching jobs every 1-2 years
Ability to work fully independently without guidance or hand-holding
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

Advantages
Familiarity with frameworks such as Flask, Django, or Express.js
Experience with Azure services: Functions, App Service, SQL Database, Storage
Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases
