We are looking for an Assistant Controller to join our Finance team.
In this role, you will:
Support and participate in the monthly and annual close processes, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely delivery
Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and perform analytical reviews of financial data
Assist in the preparation of financial statements in accordance with IFRS
Work closely with external auditors during the annual audit process
Support regulatory compliance and internal financial controls
Assist in preparing monthly management reporting packages, including variance analysis
Support revenue-related processes, including billing and collections operations
Participate in process improvement and automation initiatives, including the use of AI tools
Support ad-hoc financial analyses and cross-functional projects as needed
Support process implementation, improve internal controls, and automate processes.

Requirements:

CPA certification - mandatory
Big 4 experience - required
Fluent English (written and spoken)
Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail
Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
High proficiency in Excel and Google Workspace
Strong ability to learn and work with financial systems and AI tools
* Experience in high-tech companies - an advantage
