What youll do
Build and improve production LLM systems
Design LLM architectures across prompting, retrieval, orchestration, and inference
Fine-tune and adapt models for specific use cases
Create evaluation, testing, and observability systems for quality improvement
Build automated eval pipelines, benchmarks, and regression testing infrastructure
Turn ambiguous product problems into reliable AI systems that perform in the real world

Requirements:
5+ years of experience building production AI/ML systems
Strong understanding of LLMs and real-world deployment
Experience with fine-tuning, model optimization, and AI orchestration workflows
Proven ability to design end-to-end LLM-based architectures
Experience building evaluation, testing, and quality measurement frameworks
Strong problem-solving and engineering skills
Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments
High ownership, strong work ethic, and passion for continuous learning
5+ years of experience building production AI/ML systems
Strong understanding of LLMs and real-world deployment
Experience with fine-tuning, model optimization, and AI orchestration workflows
Proven ability to design end-to-end LLM-based architectures
