The Role
The Senior Product Manager for Field Installer Software Experience will lead the strategy and execution of products and solutions designed for field installation crews of our customers. This role focuses on deeply understanding installers day-to-day workflows, challenges, motivations, and success metrics, and translating these insights into impactful software experiences and supporting tools. The scope includes improving existing products as well as building new solutions from the ground up, including: Software tools for installers Installation and commissioning guidance AI-based support and chat solutions Visual AI validation and installation assistance tools The role will directly oversee Product Management and UX / UI activities, while working cross-functionally with R&D, Product, Support, Marketing, Regional Sales, Technical teams, and additional stakeholders across the organization.
