We are looking for a skilled system Analyst to join a salesforce team and lead business and technical analysis processes in a dynamic, technology-driven environment. This role requires strong experience in system analysis, CRM processes, requirements gathering, writing specifications and user stories, and working with multiple stakeholders and interfaces. Key Responsibilities: Write functional specifications and user stories Analyze business and technical processes Translate business requirements into effective system solutions Lead design processes from requirements gathering through delivery Work closely with development teams, salesforce implementers, product managers, project managers, and QA teams
Requirements:
5+ years of experience as a system Analyst 3+ years of experience analyzing CRM systems in large organizations Experience with financial systems - advantage Experience with salesforce Service Cloud, user management, permissions, and Flows - advantage Familiarity with call center, branch, or back-office processes - advantage Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or Information Systems - advantage Independent working skills and ability to learn new tools and technologies quickly
