Your key responsibilities:
Define and drive the quality strategy across multiple development teams, aligning it with engineering and business goals
Establish quality standards, metrics, and governance processes that promote continuous improvement and release confidence
Drive an automation-first approach - ensuring critical paths are automated and integrated into CI/CD pipelines
Develop comprehensive test strategies covering functional, non-functional, integration, regression, performance, security, and compatibility testing
Mentor and coach QA and Automation Engineers, fostering skill growth and a culture of learning
Collaborate with QA Architects, Engineering Managers, and Product Managers to align on enterprise-wide quality standards
Facilitate knowledge sharing across teams through guilds, workshops, and documentation.
