A leading technology company in the defense industry is looking for an experienced International Sales Manager to lead strategic sales activities with Israeli and international customers across global defense and government markets.
This senior position includes full ownership of complex end-to-end sales processes, business development activities, and management of international customer relationships
Lead and manage full international sales cycles (E2E) - from opportunity identification through negotiations and deal closing
Develop business with Israeli and international defense and government customers
Identify and generate new business opportunities independently

Strong track record managing complex long-cycle sales processes
Experience working with defense and government organizations
Technical orientation and ability to understand complex technological systems
Experience with C2 / C4I systems - significant advantage
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills
Fluent English - mandatory
Additional language - advantage
Willingness to travel internationally
Proven experience in international sales within the defense industry
Strong track record managing complex long-cycle sales processes
Experience working with defense and government organizations
Technical orientation and ability to understand complex technological systems
