Were looking for a skilled Product Designer to join our growing design team and play a vital role in shaping exceptional mobile and web experiences. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented designer passionate about user-centered design to work on meaningful, high-impact projects that improve the daily lives of millions of users globally.
As a Product Designer at Connecteam, youll collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, and other stakeholders to ensure the user experience remains intuitive, delightful, and innovative across all touchpoints.
What you'll be doing:
Design end-to-end solutions for complex workflows and features on both mobile and web platforms.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers, Developers, and Marketing, to deliver seamless and engaging user experiences.
Lead all stages of the design process, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, and usability testing.
Work closely with the team to maintain and evolve our design systems, ensuring consistency across all platforms.
Advocate for user-centered design principles and champion UX best practices in every project.
Analyze user data and feedback to iterate and improve designs for maximum impact.
Contribute to fostering a strong design culture within the company through idea-sharing, feedback, and collaboration.

Requirements:
A strong design portfolio showcasing your ability to create innovative and user-friendly designs.
2+ years of experience as a Product Designer, ideally within a B2C or SaaS environment.
Proven expertise in designing for complex systems on both mobile and web platforms.
Mastery of the entire design lifecycle, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, interaction design, and usability testing.
Experience working with and maintaining design systems.
High attention to details, ensuring pixel-perfect designs and cohesive user experiences.
Collaboration skills: Able to work effectively with cross-functional teams, give and receive constructive feedback, and thrive in a team environment.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Proficiency in Figma, with additional expertise in tools like Adobe Creative Suite.
Familiarity with MacOS.
