Process Engineer

The Process Engineer will play a key role in driving process excellence and continuous improvement across manufacturing operations. This position is responsible for identifying process inefficiencies, analyzing root causes, and implementing robust, data -driven solutions to ensure stable, high-performing, and repeatable processes. Key Responsibilities:
* Identify chronic process issues, perform root-cause analysis, and develop sustainable solutions to improve yield, quality, and overall process performance.
* Maintain and continuously improve machine and process performance to reduce variability and enhance operational stability.
* Characterize process windows for newly developed or transferred processes to achieve consistent and repeatable results.
* Collect, analyze, and interpret data from multiple sources, translating complex information into clear, actionable insights.
* Generate, analyze, and support engineering data for decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives.
* Create, update, and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and working instructions in alignment with engineering and production needs.
