We are seeking an experienced Software Engineer Team Leader for our companys core R&D department.

Looking for a Team Lead to own the technical roadmap and execution of our Finance Domain.
You will lead a high-performing distributed team in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
You are the bridge between complex financial logic, product aspirations, and engineering excellence.
Responsibilities:
Drive Execution: Lead a distributed team of 6-10 engineers (distributed team) to deliver high-quality, scalable financial services.
Strategic Collaboration: Work daily with Product Managers to translate business requirements into technical specs, and with other Team Leads to ensure cross-domain architectural alignment.
Mentorship & Culture: Build a culture of accountability and high performance. Conduct deep code reviews and drive the adoption of best practices in distributed systems.
Take full ownership of processes and features, including architectural design, software design, implementation, Testing and observability.
Develop and implement software development best practices.
Conduct code reviews to ensure we deliver high-quality, maintainable code
Mentor Junior and Mid-level engineers and play a significant role in their growth.
Help to adopt the DevOps culture, own your code approach, and improve observability.

3+ years of experience leading engineering teams, preferably in a global/distributed setup.
Deep understanding of Fintech or E-commerce backend systems (Ledgers, Payment , Tax Engines, or Transactional Integrity and Financial reports ).
Strong background in .NET / C# and distributed architectures.
Hands-on experience with Event-Driven Architecture (Kafka/RabbitMQ) and high-throughput microservices.
Experience with SQL & NoSQL databases at scale.
Expert at navigating the SDLC in a High-Pace environment, balancing rapid feature delivery with long-term system stability.
Excellent communication skills in English , mitigation capabilities , ability to context switch.
