Were looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team and lead hiring processes end-to-end.
Responsibilities
End-to-End Hiring Ownership- Lead the full recruitment lifecycle: from kick-off and sourcing to interviews and offer management
Strategic Talent Partnership- Understand business needs, provide market insights, and influence decisions with data-driven recommendations
Candidate & Stakeholder Experience- Build trust with hiring managers and ensure a smooth, engaging experience for every candidate
Recruitment Analytics & Optimization- Monitor hiring metrics, leverage tools like ATS and LinkedIn insights, and drive process improvements.

Requirements
5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a global or multi-regional capacity
Proven expertise in full-cycle recruitment
Strong hands-on sourcing and interviewing skills
Good communication and ability to work closely with hiring managers
Familiarity with modern ATS platforms and sourcing tools
Ability to analyze hiring data and improve outcomes
Nice to Have
Degree in HR, Business, or related field
An active voice on social media supporting talent and employer branding.
