Build and lead a high-performing global contract manufacturing organization to deliver quality, supply continuity, and operational excellence across Technology Solutions
Requirements:
Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical Engineering or a related field
7-10 years of manufacturing management experience, including 3-5 years in global/contract manufacturing in the high-tech industry
Experience leading NPI processes and transferring production between sites/CMOs
Strong understanding of electronic manufacturing processes (PCB assembly, component sourcing, testing, quality control)
Proven leadership of cross-functional teams, including performance management and accountability
Experience in supplier management, negotiation, and driving operational excellence
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and structured problem-solving methodologies
Familiarity with quality standards (e.g., ISO 9001, IPC) - advantage
Strong analytical and strategic decision-making skills
Excellent communication skills and willingness to travel internationally
