Software Engineer III, Duplex

Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
2 years of experience programming in C++, Java, Go or Python, or 1 year of experience with an advanced degree in an industry setting.
Experience with data analysis and generating data-driven insights to influence decision-making.

Preferred qualifications:
2 years of experience programming in Python, or 1 year of experience with an advanced degree in an industry setting.
Experience with Machine Learning Infrastructure.

Responsibilities
Create datasets and evaluate AI model quality.
Work as a part of an end-to-end product engineering team powering all of Google to build phone conversation bots, and build our own in-house bots.
Work with other engineering teams across Geo, Search, Research and other product areas to advance Duplex capabilities.
Build Python backend for communication for the entire Geo ecosystem.
