We are looking for a hands-on Senior Product Manager to lead high-impact initiatives blending business strategy, roadmap planning and technical innovation. Youll take ownership of critical product areas, working closely with PMs, engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders.

What you will be doing:
- Lead various product initiatives, improving business efficiency and creating measurable impact
- Identify and drive impactful features across various verticals
- Deep analysis of business impact, in order to proactively suggest ongoing improvements
- Have full product lifecycle ownership from concept to launch and delivery, including research, roadmap creation, tasks breakdown and prioritization
- Collaborate with Business stakeholders, Product Managers, data Engineers, R D and Design to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions on time

Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management
- Experience in B2C and B2B digital platforms, marketplaces, or e-commerce
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives with measurable impact
- Ability to think strategically while executing tactically, both a thinker and a doer
- Strong analytical mindset, able to use data to guide decisions and measure outcomes
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
