This role owns the integration domain end to end, ensuring clarity, quality, and alignment - while all Workday integration development is performed by the system integrator (SI). The Integration Lead manages requirements, design governance, cross team coordination, and delivery oversight across all stakeholders.
10+ years in HRIS, IT Business Analysis, or Integration Delivery.
Experience managing complex HR integration landscapes.
Strong understanding of HR data structures and end to end HR processes.
Ability to define integration logic, mappings, and requirements (no coding needed).
Familiarity with SQL, file formats, APIs, and integration concepts.
Experience working with system Integrators and third party vendors.
Strong delivery discipline: planning, tracking, prioritization, issue management.
Fluent English (spoken and written).
