We are looking for a creative and hands-on Field Marketing Manager to lead, plan, and execute our global field strategy both in-person and virtual. This role includes online and offline 3rd party and owned events. a key part of our growing marketing team, and we work closely with the sales, product, and customer success teams to create meaningful, engaging, and results-driven experiences that drive pipeline and brand awareness.
As our Field Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for managing and executing all aspects of field marketing activities, including global industry events, customer meetups, executive dinners, webinars, and sponsorships. Youll play a central role in strengthening our market presence and cultivating a sense of community around the Panorays brand.

Requirements:
3+ years of experience in B2B marketing with a strong focus on field and event marketing.
Experience in the cybersecurity industry is a big plus.
Proven ability to manage end-to-end event execution, from planning to measurement, across multiple regions.
Experience working closely with Sales and Customer Success teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously under tight deadlines.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, global tech environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with CRM (Salesforce preferred) and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot).
Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.
A proactive, creative thinker with a can-do attitude and passion for creating exceptional experiences.
