Senior Client Manager

Were looking for a Senior Client Manager who knows how to lead relationships and keep complex projects moving without losing the bigger picture. Youll work with leading brands, large-scale budgets, and cross-functional teams across Media, Creative, Strategy, and data in a fast-moving digital environment where strong communication matters just as much as strong thinking.
Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage relationships with key clients and become a trusted strategic partner
* Own day-to-day client communication and ongoing marketing activities
* Build and manage marketing plans aligned with business goals and performance targets
* Coordinate cross-functional teams including Media, Creative, data, SEO, and Strategy
* Lead meetings, presentations, and strategic discussions with clients and internal stakeholders
* Monitor project timelines, priorities, deliverables, and campaign performance
* Identify growth opportunities, upsell potential, and new marketing initiatives
* Maintain high service standards while managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
* Leverage AI tools and automation solutions to improve workflows, communication, and operational efficiency
