The role includes overall responsibility for procurement, operations, and supply chain activities across the organization, with procurement volumes of tens of millions of NIS annually, alongside responsibility for operational management and facility maintenance.

At least 7 years of experience managing procurement within a mid-sized or large organization.
Previous experience as a VP and member of the executive management team - mandatory.
Proven experience managing and leading teams.
Experience managing procurement budgets of tens of millions of NIS annually.
Significant experience in commercial negotiations and managing complex vendor engagements.
Strong managerial capabilities alongside a hands-on approach.
Experience in operations and facilities management - a significant advantage.
Experience working closely with senior leadership and multiple stakeholders.
Strong ERP systems knowledge, analytical capabilities, and business acumen.
Relevant academic degree (Economics / Business Administration / Industrial Engineering / Logistics) - an advantage.
