This is a senior hands-on role combining deep technical ownership, algorithmic innovation, and end-to-end development - from research and prototyping through deployment and optimization.
Responsibilities:
Design and develop advanced Computer Vision and AI-based algorithms
Lead core algorithmic domains within complex multidisciplinary systems
Develop end-to-end solutions including research, prototyping, optimization, and production deployment
Work on challenges involving object detection, segmentation, classification, OCR, tracking, and measurement
7+ years of experience in Computer Vision and algorithm development - חובה
Proven experience developing and deploying AI-based vision systems in production
Strong background in accuracy-critical environments such as detection, classification, or measurement systems
Deep understanding of Deep Learning architectures for vision (CNNs, Transformers, etc.)
Hands-on experience with PyTorch and/or TensorFlow
Strong Python development skills
Experience with C ++ - strong advantage
Solid knowledge of classical image processing techniques, calibration, geometry, and filtering
Experience taking algorithms from research stages into production environments
Strong technical leadership capabilities and ability to work independently
