The ideal candidate will possess advanced backend software engineering skills, advanced proficiency in Python, and extensive experience in end-to-end development, deployment, and maintenance of complex AI systems. Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain robust backend systems for AI applications.
Oversee the entire lifecycle of AI systems, from initial design through deployment and ongoing maintenance.
Develop and implement algorithms for complex problems.
Ensure the scalability, performance, and reliability of AI systems.
Strong Algorithm Engineering knowledge.
Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and backend technologies to drive innovation

3+ years of professional experience building and scaling production-grade backend systems.
Deep expertise in backend development using Python and related frameworks (e.g., Django/DRF, FastAPI, etc.).
Strong systems design skills - distributed systems, microservices, async processing, APIs, data modeling (SQL/NoSQL).
Experience with cloud environments (AWS/GCP/Azure), containers, orchestration (Kubernetes), CI/CD, and monitoring/observability.
Strong interest in developing AI engineering proficiency and complex systems.
Excellent engineering fundamentals, problem-solving, and communication -able to work collaboratively across disciplines.
