Custom Agentic Solutions Product Manager - (Founder Background)

We're not looking for a typical PM. We're looking for an intrapreneur - someone who has felt the weight of an idea they couldn't stop pursuing, who has put something into the world from scratch, and convinced someone to buy it. A builder at the core: someone who lives and breathes AI, experiments fearlessly, thinks fast, and iterates toward something people genuinely love.
You understand that great products aren't designed in a vacuum but shaped through relentless iteration, customer obsession, and real ownership. You're not afraid to fail - because you know that's how you get to something that works.
You'll lead a dedicated product pod building custom agentic solutions for our enterprise customers - products that sit at the frontier of AI and real business impact. This is a 0→1 role in the fullest sense, a startup within a startup: defining the problem space, shaping the roadmap, and executing to make it real.
What you'll do:
Own the execution, vision, and product roadmap for our Custom Agentic Solutions pod - defining what to build, why it matters, and what success looks like
Work closely with our enterprise customers to deeply understand their workflows, uncover unmet needs, and translate them into product bets and revenue.
Drive outbound discovery - proactively engaging existing customers, driving meaningful solutions
Lead the product-GTM partnership and work closely with our account growth directors to deliver new agentic solutions to our customers
Manage our AI solutions product manager, lead cross-functional collaboration across engineering, design, sales, and customer success to ship and iterate fast
Define and track metrics that reflect genuine business impact - not just output, but outcomes.
