Were looking for a hands-on, technically-oriented Product Manager to join our R&D team as a maternity leave replacement. This is a high-impact, temporary position (6-9 months) for someone who can "hit the ground running" and lead the development of internal products that power our business operations.
You will step into a pivotal role at the intersection of Product, AI, and Business, taking full ownership of our internal roadmap and ensuring our R&D momentum continues without missing a beat.
What Youll Be Doing:
Lead the Roadmap: Own and drive the end-to-end development of internal products and AI-based solutions during the coverage period.
Rapid Execution: Step into an active development cycle, managing the backlog, sprint planning, and prioritization in close collaboration with R&D, data, and design teams.
Translate Needs to Tech: Gather requirements from business stakeholders and turn them into clear PRDs and actionable technical specs.
AI & Automation: Identify opportunities to integrate AI into existing workflows and lead the development of internal AI-powered tools to drive efficiency.
Cross-functional Delivery: Ensure smooth coordination across business, tech, and analytics to ensure adoption and impact.
Analyze & Improve: Investigate product performance, perform root cause analysis, and solve problems using data.

Requirements:
Up to 2 years of experience as a Product Manager or Project Manager - Must
Strong technical orientation - experience working closely with R&D teams and understanding technical systems.
Proven experience writing clear PRDs and technical documentation.
Hands-on Agile experience (Scrum, sprint planning, backlog management).
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Immediate/Short-notice availability - to ensure a smooth hand-over process.
Advantages
Experience working on AI-based products or automation initiatives.
Familiarity with LLMs, prompt design, or AI tools integration.
Experience in the affiliate marketing industry - BIG advantage.
Up to 2 years of experience as a Product Manager or Project Manager - Must
