We are looking for an SEO Team Lead to join our SEO Team.

A talented, motivated, technical, innovative, and results-focused individual who is passionate about SEO, user experience, and optimization

What will you do?

You will be a key part of the company's SEO efforts, managing a complex project with high traffic volume.

Manage a team of SEO Project Managers, including development, training, support in developing the team skills, and task assignment.
Creating and implementing SEO strategy
Managing a series of different SEO projects
Analysis of the teams organic ranking, traffic, and overall performance.
Seeking out opportunities for optimization and achieving result-driven goals.
Performing analysis and compiling reports for senior management.
Implementing market and competitor analysis
Enhancing on-site and off-site SEO efforts
Growing the sites' organic audience and rankings in the US market.
Lead hiring processes as the team grows.

Requirements:
3+ Years of experience in SEO.
Knowledge of SEO best practices.
Independent and a leader who takes ownership with a high level of accountability.
Extensive WP knowledge.
Basic Knowledge in HTML and CSS.
Experience with SEO tools such as: Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, Semrush & etc.
Strong organizational skills.
Experience in leading small to medium teams with hands-on responsibility - a strong plus!
Native English speakers - a strong plus!
