We are looking for
For our site at Bar-Lev Industrial Zone, we are looking for an Incoming Quality Inspection Manager. This is an opportunity for a meaningful leadership role at the heart of operational excellence, with a direct impact on product quality and manufacturing processes. You will lead a professional team, make critical decisions, and play a central part in maintaining the highest standards in a leading defense organization. Requirements:
At least 3 years of experience managing a team in incoming quality inspection, warehouse, or quality
In-depth familiarity with AS9100 and ISO standards
Previous experience in incoming inspection, warehouse, or quality - advantage
Ability to read technical drawings or specifications - advantage
Familiarity with ERP systems - advantage
Hebrew at a good level, technical English - advantage
Willingness to perform light physical work (opening packages, moving boxes)
Precision, attention to detail, high accountability, and ability to work in a multi-interface team environment
