We are looking for a Director of Physics to be part of the R D and product development team, leading the physics domain in the development of state-of-the-art optical microscopy and metrology solutions.
Requirements:
PhD or MSc with a relevant thesis in Applied Physics, Electro-Optics, or a related field.
Strong background in optics - mandatory.
Proven experience in leading and managing a physics or R D team.
Broad technological exposure and experience working in multidisciplinary environments.
Experience in the semiconductor equipment industry - an advantage.
Experience with optical simulation tools (e.g., Zemax, LightTools) - an advantage.
Background or familiarity with AI and data -driven approaches - an advantage.
