Systems Engineer - Unmanned Aerial Platforms About the position A fast-growing drone company is expanding its engineering group and is looking for a Systems Engineer to take part in the development of advanced airborne solutions. The role involves working on complex unmanned platforms, combining system thinking with hands-on engineering across multiple disciplines.
What youll be doing
Drive full lifecycle system activities for unmanned aerial and ground platforms - from concept to deployment
Define system architecture, write technical specifications, and support design validation processes
Lead integration efforts and participate in system -level verification, including field experiments
Work closely with engineering teams across software, hardware, mechanics, and flight sciences
Interface with customers in Israel and abroad and support delivery of large-scale engineering programs
Influence system design decisions and contribute to future product directions.
What youll be doing

Bachelors degree in Engineering or a related scientific field
3+ years in system engineering or technical leadership within complex multidisciplinary environments
Experience with aerial systems such as UAVs, VTOL platforms, or similar - strong advantage
Background in system integration and cross-team coordination in matrix organizations
Familiarity with domains such as propulsion, navigation, control systems, sensors, or payloads
Experience in operational environments (e.g., flight operations / drone units) - advantage
Strong English skills, including technical writing and customer-facing communication
Ability to lead processes, work across multiple interfaces, and deliver results CV To [email protected]
