We are looking for a skilled Senior SAP Business One Integration Manager to lead and coordinate integration, transition, and cross- system change activities in complex SAP Business One projects. This role requires strong expertise in SAP Business One ( SAP B1), deep understanding of system capabilities and data structures, and solid financial/business background. The role focuses on integrating business processes, systems, data, and interfaces while managing transitions, dependencies, and risks across the project lifecycle. A full-time, hybrid position, based in the Central, Israel.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead integration and transition activities across business processes, systems, data, and interfaces.
* Manage end-to-end project plans and dependencies between workstreams.
* Act as the central integrator between business, IT, data, and vendors.
* Support risk management, change coordination, and cross-functional execution.

Requirements:
* Strong experience with SAP Business One ( SAP B1) - must
* Deep understanding of SAP B1 functionality and data structure
* Experience in system integration or complex ERP environments
* Strong understanding of business and financial processes
* CPA / accounting background
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to manage complexity and multiple stakeholders
* High organizational skills and attention to detail
* Strong communication and coordination abilities
