Key Responsibilities Product Documentation & Content Management Maintain and update product-related documentation, including product manuals, software & firmware (S&W) materials, specifications, and supporting marketing content. Ensure all documentation reflects the latest approved information and follows internal standards, version control, and organizational practices. Marketing & Sales Asset Management (DASH) Support the accuracy, availability, and organization of marketing and sales assets on internal platforms such as DASH. Assist in auditing content to ensure required materials (presentations, datasheets, images, videos, manuals) are complete, accessible, and up to date. Identify gaps or inconsistencies and coordinate updates as needed. Cross-Functional Coordination Work closely with internal stakeholders including Product, R&D, Technical Writing, Design, Sales, and Operations to support the execution of product marketing activities. Follow up on deliverables based on clear briefs, track progress, and help ensure timely completion of tasks. Proactively communicate status, risks, and blockers to the PMM. Project Coordination & Execution Support and gradually take ownership of small-scale Product Marketing projects from initiation to completion, such as asset preparation for product launches, content organization initiatives, and product line updates. Coordinate timelines, inputs, and stakeholders, ensuring smooth execution and timely delivery. Tracking & Operational Support Maintain structured trackers for documentation, marketing assets, and ongoing requests. Support internal review processes by collecting feedback and organizing inputs. Ensure alignment with Cardo’s processes, workflows, and approval standards. Growth & Development Actively develop Product Marketing skills through hands-on experience and increasing ownership.
* Over time, take on broader responsibilities, including larger projects and deeper involvement in product launches and go-to-market activities.
Education Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field – advantage.
Experience 1–2 years of experience in marketing, marketing operations, project coordination, or similar roles. Experience working in structured, process-driven environments – advantage. Skills & Competencies Strong at
