Systems Analyst - Microsoft Dynamics 365 (On-Prem & Online) We are looking for an experienced Systems Analyst to join our CRM division and take part in complex, large-scale Dynamics 365 projects within enterprise environments. Responsibilities:
* Analyze and design solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 (On-Premises and Online)
* Lead end-to-end requirement gathering and system specification with business stakeholders
* Write functional and technical design documents
* Work closely with development and QA teams throughout the project lifecycle
* Support implementation processes in complex organizational environments

Requirements:
* At least 3 years of experience as a Systems Analyst on Microsoft Dynamics 365 / CRM
* Experience working with On-Premises and Online environments
* Strong business understanding and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
* Proven experience writing high-level design and specification documents
* Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and clients
