You will work on long-term, cross-functional projects, partnering with Product, Engineering, Research, Marketing, Sales, and Finance teams to solve complex challenges and deliver measurable business impact. Responsibilities:
Use data to guide product development, identify opportunities, and highlight upcoming challenges
Apply advanced analytical and statistical methods, including A/B testing, to generate actionable insights
Build hypotheses, design experiments, and analyze results using SQL and modern data tools
Translate complex data into clear, compelling narratives that influence stakeholders and drive decisions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define goals, prioritize roadmaps, and optimize product performance
Work across multiple projects and domains, contributing to both B2B and B2C initiatives
Leverage AI tools and advanced analytics to enhance data -driven decision-making.
Requirements:
5-7 years of experience in data Science, preferably in product-focused environments.
Strong proficiency in SQL/ Python and solid experience with A/B testing and statistical analysis.
Advanced understanding of data analysis, experimentation, and statistical methodologies.
Experience working on product-driven use cases (B2B and/or B2C).
Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights and influence stakeholders.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment on long-term, impactful projects.
