Theyre now looking for a CTO to lead their Product Division - someone who combines strong engineering leadership with hands-on capabilities and product thinking.
This is a unique opportunity to work closely with the CEO, shape a core platform, and lead a team of ~10 engineers -Stay hands-on (~20-30%).
What youll do:
-Lead the technology and architecture of a core AI platform
-Manage and grow an engineering team
-Drive best practices, scalability, and delivery
-Work closely with business leadership
-5+ years managing engineering teams
-Strong backend / system architecture background
-Experience with cloud (AWS / GCP / Azure)
-Experience building production systems for enterprise / B2B
-Experience in insurance / fintech - a strong advantage
