Presales Engineer

Lead presales efforts for potential customers, delivering engaging sales presentations, technical insights, and supporting the sales team throughout the process
Understand customer businesses, processes, and needs to propose the right solutions and demonstrate clear value
Run product demonstrations and technical deep-dive sessions with customers, prospects, and partners. Take full ownership of the process, including PoC execution, analysis, and presentation of results. Analyze reports and perform in-depth reviews of statistical data to derive insights and support customer discussions
Generate high-quality proposals and sales materials, collaborating with the marketing team on technical content, product positioning, and key selling points
Partner closely with Sales and Product teams to identify customer challenges, design solutions, and ensure successful delivery. Coordinate with R&D, Delivery, and Customer Success as needed
Provide continuous feedback to the Product team regarding customer requirements, product performance, and market insights to drive product evolution and impact
Travel approximately 40% of the time
