Director of Market Research

we are seeking a Director of Market Research & Strategy to evolve its research department into a strategic powerhouse. Rather than acting as a service provider, you will be a visionary leader who uncovers the "why" behind consumer behavior to influence C -level decision-making and shape the companys global roadmap. This role is at the intersection of deep psychological insight and rigorous statistical analysis
What am I going to do?:
Drive Strategic Leadership: Develop a comprehensive research roadmap to identify new business opportunities and solve critical market challenges. Oversee Methodological Excellence: Design and manage end-to-end Qualitative and Quantitative initiatives, including deep-dive interviews, focus groups, and complex surveys. Act as C -Suite Advisor: Translate complex data into actionable narratives for executive management, serving as an expert in-house consultant. Synthesize Global Insights: Merge primary research with Big Data to create a holistic view of the market and drive business logic. Manage Operations & Budget: Own the research budget, manage vendor relationships, and monitor global industry trends. Mentor Talent: Directly manage and coach a dedicated researcher/analyst to ensure high-quality output.
