FP&A Senior Analyst

The FP&A senior analyst will serve as a key member of the Division Finance team, supporting the Division Finance Director & Division Controllers in driving financial performance, operational insight, and disciplined decision-making across the division. The role is responsible for delivering high-quality financial analysis, planning, and reporting while partnering closely with business leaders to support revenue growth, profitability, and strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate combines technical financial expertise with a proactive, business-oriented mindset and thrives in a fast-paced, global environment where finance plays an active role in shaping business outcomes.?FP&A & Budget Control: Lead consolidation of budgets and forecasts across business units; monitor performance and analyze variances against financial targets. Management Reporting: Prepare monthly/quarterly reporting packages and financial presentations for executive leadership and Monthly Business Reviews (MBR). Strategic Support: Assist the Finance Director with strategic initiatives, financial modeling for new opportunities, and business evaluations. Division Coordination: Synchronize reporting standards and planning cycles across various business unit finance teams to ensure alignment with corporate objectives. Process Improvement: Enhance data visibility and reporting efficiency through automation and the development of financial tools and dashboards.
