Were looking for an IT Technician to join our team, learn new things, take ownership of existing systems, and provide service to our employees.
What youll do:
Provide best-in-class support to our employees in HQ Tel Aviv Office.
Ongoing maintenance, troubleshooting, and response to relevant technical issues in company facilities.
Immediate support employees from home through remote takeover and training.
Configure and maintain all technical equipment, including computers, printers, switches, phones, conference rooms, TVs, and back-office systems.
Assistance in inventory monitoring, planning, and execution.
Position located in Ramat HaChayal, Tel Aviv.

Requirements:
Experience with Windows environments (installation, configuration, troubleshooting) - A must.
Experience with Office 365 - A must.
Proficient in installing computer hardware/software, printers, and handling/connecting in company networks (internet, telephone, etc.) - A must
Familiarity with network infrastructure - A must.
High-level English (speaking, writing, and reading) - A must
Russian at a good level -An advantage.
Familiarity with VoIP systems - An advantage.
Experience as a Domain Controller with Active Directory - An Advantage.
High-level interpersonal and service skills.
