Master Planner - UCT (Israel) Ultra Clean Technology (UCT) is hiring a Master Planner for their operations in Israel. The company operates in the semiconductor industry, supporting the production of chips for smartphones, smart cars, and AI devices.
Key Responsibilities:
The Master Planner is responsible for creating an executable operations plan by aligning customer demand with internal and supplier capacity. MRP Management: Own long-term demand management in MRP, ensuring demand is tied to the approved operations plan. Configuration & Changes: Maintain up-to-date configuration details and implement Engineering Change Requests (ECR). Risk Mitigation: Identify critical paths in materials or capacity and recommend mitigation strategies for associated risks. Customer Requests: Assess the impact of customer "drop-ins" or cancellations and prepare UCT's response. Collaboration: Reconcile impacts weekly with site planners and potentially lead daily production meetings with sales and manufacturing.
